Mechatronic Technician

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with Executive-technical support & Packaging maintenance specialist and plan for execution works.
• Identify problematic issue and arrange for execution.
• Monitoring utilities consumption and providing direction & executing to meet target.
• Ensuring planned maintenances are carried out on time and supporting production.
• Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.
• Promote and execute TPM activities.
• To execute planned maintenance works.
• To trouble-shoot problematic issue and perform repair works in shortest time & in good quality.
• To ensure breakdown analysis is perform with corrective & preventive actions; as well as horizontal expansion of solutions.

Requirement:

• Diploma Holder in mechatronics with 2 years of experience or Technical certificate with 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Above 2 year experiences in manufacturing environment. Preferably in beverage/maintenance operation shop floor experience
• Preference for experience in:
  • Packaging / Maintenance
  • TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.
  • Good Mechanical Engineering know-how
  • Basic Electrical Engineering know-how
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good command of English – written and oral
  • Basic management principles
  • System and process oriented with hands on knowledge on ISO9001, HACCP, SHE, Industrial Relations, 5S, SAP and TPM.
