Mechanical Executive
Responsibilities:
- Execute and follow-up all planned (preventive) and predictive work.
- Ensure work instructions are available to carry out maintenance work.
- Work with the AM teams in solving corrective maintenance, escalate any problem and joining breakdown analysis, RCFA execution
- Identify skill needs and coaching for technicians
- Control CILT execution by checking the consistency and quality of work
- Conducts (De)Tagging if required or appropriate.
- Work as technical area owner to support life extension, further cost reduction and innovation.
- Take part in maintenance planning and preparation and in procurement
- Carry out work preparation and order picking, and control the workflow for repairable units
- Control the work preparation room, workshop and is multi-zone assignable
- Elaborate on modification proposals and checks the requirements for the modification procedure (e.g. warranty, safety).
- Support AM teams where required
Requirements:
- Diploma of mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years working experience preferably in FMGC
- minimum 5 years working experience in maintenance field of manufacturing sector
- Capable of performing mechanical repair, schedule and overhaul jobs are necessary. Also, able to lead improvement team.
- Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills.
- Very good technical mechanical knowledge.
- Experienced in TPM or continuous improvement and ability to execute AM activities and to train operators in AM.
- Ability to actively support and participate in BDA.
