Material Manager

Responsibilities: 

• To perform MRP for Raw & packaging materials to ensure supplies of materials are done on time and no downtime in production due to shortages or delays in supplies.
• To do call off Raw & Packaging materials, production consumables and to control incoming materials to breweries.
• To strategize and develop suppliers to be in line with HMB supply strategy to optimize inventory management.
• To monitor Supplier performance and follow-up on Corrective Actions for supplier that is not meeting HMB requirements.
• To coordinate and ensure accuracy in changing of Bill of material and material Master Data in MRP file/system.
• To perform BCS and Write-off, Provisions and monthly data compilation for financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Management / Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Food Technology)
• Minimum 5 years experience in people management skill & possesses material management experience 
• Preferably experience in one or more of following areas:
  • works in Production Environment
  • Procurement or Material Management
  • Distribution and Planning activities
  • Project Management experience and added advantage (if done projects in Supply Chain functions)
• Technical skills in:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and power point is must
  • SAP and FuturMaster knowledge is advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English
