Manager / Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Your role in HEINEKEN

 

This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months.

 

In this role, you will manage the annual financial strategic planning process, coordinate consolidation processes, review assumptions, and ensure optimized reporting structures. You will support the S&OP process by coordinating and presenting monthly financial forecasts, understanding key performance drivers, and identifying risks and opportunities. You will provide insightful performance commentary and support various reporting requests and initiatives.

 

You will also:

  • Review and analyze Working Capital on monthly basis.
  • Coordinate, track and maintain forecast accuracy for the finance organisation.
  • Ensure effective controls for managing business performance, adhere to the HEINEKEN code of business conduct, and maintain proper control and corporate governance.
  • Develop and coach team members, delegate tasks effectively, and manage career development and progression for direct reports (if any).

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 8 to 10 years managerial experience, with 3 years at a senior level in a FMCG environment.
  • Good planning and organising skills, with an eye for detail.
  • A team player, who works collaboratively and delivers through others.
