Manager - IT Support

As our IT Support Manager you are responsible for the strategies and policies in IT Services and infrastructure according to the Global D&T strategy. You will engage with various business functions on strategic and tactical requirements to align business priorities and initiatives.

 

By nature, you are able to identify service gaps, come up with appropriate solutions & drive implementation. You enjoy problem solving and collaborating with others to provide the most appropriate solutions.

 

In this role, you will also:

  • Ensure operational excellence in various aspects of the OpCo’s IT services and infrastructure
  • Manage End User Services operations
  • Review IT plan, scale vendor services and assess vendor performance
  • Monitor annual operating budgets, IT cost and drive value optimization

 

Key Requirements:

  • Undegraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT support
  • Experience in IT Service management, managing server and network related projects
  • Extensive knowledge of a range of systems and software
  • Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Versatile, organized, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
