Key Account Manager - MOFT

As a Key Account Manager for MOFT, you will be responsible for driving commercial success across assigned Modern Off-Trade accounts by delivering strong business performance, building strategic customer partnerships, and ensuring excellent in-store execution. You will translate commercial strategies into actionable customer plans, manage trade investments effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities and deliver sustainable results.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with overall commercial strategy and customer priorities.
  • Deliver account performance targets across revenue, volume, market share, and gross margin.
  • Lead customer planning and execution, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Drive in-store excellence by ensuring product availability, visibility, and optimal assortment.
  • Manage trade investments within approved budgets, ensuring strong ROI and compliance with guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular business reviews.
  • Monitor business performance, identify gaps/opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally (Trade Marketing, RMG, Sales Planning & Ops, distributors) to drive corrective actions.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of commercial experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in Key Account Management or managing Modern Trade/Off-Trade accounts is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of retail landscape, market dynamics, and customer management.
  • Knowledge of Joint Business Planning and basic category management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into actions.
  • A proactive team player with strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-focused mindset.
