Intern - People Function

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support operational processes in the People Function (e.g. Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Wellbeing, Learning, Systems, etc)
  2. Support end-to-end assigned projects which includes research & data analysis, preparation (of proposal paper), content development & compilation, event coordination and implementation etc.
  3. Working on operational process improvement initiatives


Key Requrements:

  1. Interest in the People Function and how operational topics impacts employee experience
  2. Experience in research work, which includes, writing, searching and analyzing information, compiling and preparing statistical information
  3. Williness to learn and able to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
  4. Excellent skills with MS Office
  5. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
