Intern - People Function
Main Responsibilities:
- Support operational processes in the People Function (e.g. Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Wellbeing, Learning, Systems, etc)
- Support end-to-end assigned projects which includes research & data analysis, preparation (of proposal paper), content development & compilation, event coordination and implementation etc.
- Working on operational process improvement initiatives
Key Requrements:
- Interest in the People Function and how operational topics impacts employee experience
- Experience in research work, which includes, writing, searching and analyzing information, compiling and preparing statistical information
- Williness to learn and able to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely
- Excellent skills with MS Office
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
