D&T Infra – Intern

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and configuration of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment for new joiners and existing employees.
• Support activities such as system updates, equipment inventory, and documentation of IT assets.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Basic understanding of PC hardware components, networking concepts, and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (minimum 6-month internship).
