Intern - Communications

Your Role in HEINEKEN

As an Intern, you will support the Corporate Communications team to ensure smooth, timely, and effective execution of our communication and engagement initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will also be involved in a variety of key activities, including:

  • Annual Reporting – Assist with coordination, meeting arrangements, simple edits/reviews, data collection follow-ups, and general support throughout the reporting process.
  • Event Management – Support Townhall preparations and assist with logistics and administrative tasks for internal events.
  • Internal & External Communications – Review and edit posters, graphics, messages, and announcements, and support communication campaigns as required.
  • Public Relations (PR) – Assist with administrative and communication tasks, especially leading up to analysts’ briefings and AGM activities.
  • Analysts’ Briefing & AGM – Support planning, coordination, and communication for these key corporate events.
  • Sustainability – Provide support on sustainability, ESG, and CSR activities, including basic reporting, planning, liaising with stakeholders, and communication preparation.
  • General Administrative Support – Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth team operations.

 

Key Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formula usage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A background in Mass Communication or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
