Intern - Brewing

Responsibilities:

• Support water and thermal reduction project
  1. Production process water & thermal use mapping
  2. Process change data collection & validation
• Support CIP optimization
  1. Water & thermal reduction
  2. Result verification after changes
• Support technological activity
  1. New malt evaluation (monobrew)
  2. Monthly sample coordination
  3. Qualass specification change
  4. CODEX specification update
• Support brewing and other department initiatives
  1. Production operation monitoring
  2. Water & thermal use monitoring and dashboard creation 
  3. Any other matter

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in a related field
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) 
• Project management – You will be managing multiple projects throughout your internship period and will need to prioritize according to deadlines  
• Communication & presentation – You will be coordinating with brewing executives & technicians to achieve project goals
