Study Background

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in:

  • Food Science/ Food Technology

  • Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing)

  • Operations Management

  • Supply Chain / Logistics

  • Business Administration or related field

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.

2. Main Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Total Productive Management (TPM) activities.

• Assist in monitoring and following up on TPM tools and methodologies used by teams.

• Aid in the standardization and simplification of TPM systems, documents, and visuals across the brewery.

• Support the digital transformation journey—using tools like Power BI for reporting and problem-solving.

• Contribute to data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports for management and pillar meetings.
