Head of People Services

Your Role in HEINEKEN

 

The Head of People Services will be accountable for the function and oversight of team deliverables that enhance operational efficiency while balancing employee experience. Leads the design of effective frameworks to streamline, simplify and automate processes and implement technology solutions (within Heineken’s framework or via localized automation initiatives) that will optimise service delivery outcomes and ensure a high-quality experience for Heineken’s employees or stakeholders.

 

The scope of the role includes Governance oversight for all statutory compliance of the organization, consistent knowledge management for the People Function to the employees, efficient working systems and continuous education of the employees regarding systems and people processes with clear delegation authority status to ensure rightful check and balances within the organization.

 

  • Minimum 10 years of HR working experience with at least 5 years in a People Leader role, covering HR generalist / HR Operations / Payroll management as well as total remuneration management
  • Technology : Familiar with Microsoft excel (advance) as well as other tools, i.e. Sharepoint, Power BI, Forms, Power automate, PowerPoint, outlook.  Familiarity with Success Factors and or SAP
  • Big picture process orientated approach to problem solving
  • Systems thinking mindset coupled with strong project management skills to drive process efficiency and simplification of work
  • Analytical ability with specific experience in data analytics and trends analysis to support or build business cases. 
  • Sound business understanding; good knowledge of Labour Law, HR policies, regulations, trends and practices; strong communication and appropriate HR intervention skills
