Function Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function Executive is accountable to drive business and channel revenue growth in the respective region.
  • To executive and manage function activities, including attending to all the function enquiries from Regions or new potential platform (e.g. collaboration with function/ wedding planner etc.)
  • To explore additional partnership or platform to expand business opportunity for Function channel
  • To ensure and comply with the right process in Function channel
  • To obtain and analyse market competitive information and practices and provide input for management.
  • To execute and ensure survey forms to be filled up by Function hosts whenever necessary for continuous process improvement.
  • Monitoring and tracking of overall Function budget by respective region.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales function, preferably in FMCG
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill and able to work with all internal and external stakeholders 
  • Good presentation skills and able to present well with senior management team
  • Likes numbers, analytical and is familiar with leveraging on research-based information
  • Experienced in marketing or consumer behaviour analysisPassionate, self-driven and results oriented
  • Able and willing to work odd & long hours, resilient to work under pressure and fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in English, conversant in Mandarin and other local dialects will be an added advantage
