Safety, food safety and sustainability

Maintains the equipment and works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards. Following the 5S, and Housekeeping related to the work place.

Quality of the process and product

Takes care of the process measurement equipment. Supports regular calibrations and periodical checks.

TPM and continuous improvement

Takes initiatives and is actively involved in optimizing workplace performance via AM/5S teams and activities. Proposes improvement actions based on standard analyses and sensing (hearing/looking/feeling/smelling) of his/her area of the line.

Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.

Promote and execute TPM activities.

Execute planned maintenance works.

Trouble-shoot problematic issue and perform repair works in shortest time & in good quality.

Ensure breakdown analysis is perform with corrective & preventive actions; as well as horizontal expansion of solutions.

Process management

Ensures the Packaging process (machines) operates in an efficient and effective manner according to the production plan and specification in standard and nonstandard conditions.

Meeting with Executive-technical support & Packaging maintenance specialist and plan for execution works.

Equipment management

Executes dedicated preventive maintenance activities OTIF. Acts efficiently in case of breakdowns. Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions if needed.

Identify problematic issue and arrange for execution.

Monitoring utilities consumption and providing direction & executing to meet target.

Ensuring planned maintenances are carried out on time and supporting production.

Perform major / repetitive breakdowns in Packaging Line via Line Data System (LDS) and    deployments.
