Executive - Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process customer orders and enquiries according to internal processes and work instructions.
  • Daily collaboration with internal stakeholders on order delivery and stock availability 
  • Support the team and lead improvement teams involving process and cost optimization.
  • Tracking and recording customer complaints, and proactively acting upon to achieve claims reduction
  • Regular daily and monthly reporting

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in any related field
  • Proactive in engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders 
  • Basic SAP and Excel Knowledge
  • Good Problem Solving Skill, critical thinking
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage)
