Executive - Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Handle and process customer orders and enquiries according to internal processes and work instructions.
- Daily collaboration with internal stakeholders on order delivery and stock availability
- Support the team and lead improvement teams involving process and cost optimization.
- Tracking and recording customer complaints, and proactively acting upon to achieve claims reduction
- Regular daily and monthly reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in any related field
- Proactive in engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Basic SAP and Excel Knowledge
- Good Problem Solving Skill, critical thinking
- Good Communication Skill
- Proficient in written and spoken English (proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage)
