Executive - Customer Service

Main Responsibilities

  • Order Management 
  • Manage compliant and efficient ordering process
  • Initiates actions to improve in safety and customer service processes.
  • Support the team and lead improvement teams involving process and cost optimization.
  • Manage monthly reporting
  • Support customer Queries, Incidents, Claims and Disputes

 

Critical Experiences and Competencies (Skills, knowledge and behaviours)

  • Relationship management between different sections 
  • Complaint management and drive performance of Case Fill Rate, Freshness and Out of Stock
  • Balance Service and Costs. 
  • Basic Excel knowledge
