Contract Executive - Returnable Packaging Materials

Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily routine operation planning, reporting and to ensure material available to support production in line with the agreed service levels and Logistics rules, standards and procedures applicable for the area of Returnable Packaging Materials (RPM)
  • Ensures sufficient material support production.
  • Bring in RPM base on requirement by ensuring supplier fulfill OTIF including material ordering process and PR/PO issuance.
  • Collaboration with key stakeholder to manage expectation.
  • Prepare weekly, montly and other required reportings

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Studies & Administration, Logistics Management, Supply Chain and other professional qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics managemnet or supply chain planning
  • Has Packaging Materials product knowledge and basic packaging and supply chain proceseses
  • Preferred experience in beverage or food manufacturing operation background
  • Capable in management reporting and capacirty planning
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
