Commercial Finance Analyst
Your role in HEINEKEN
This is a fixed-term contract role for a period of up to 24 months
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support the Commercial Finance Manager to ensure efficient delivery of day-to-day financials. You will business partner with stakeholders to understand the business requirements, provide financial support and highlight any areas of concern that will impact the business.
In this role, you will also
- Proactively identity areas of risk and identify opportunities
- Work closely with budget owners on Commercial Fixed Overheads
- Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting for the region
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities
- Ensure effective controls are in place in the commercial finance team
- Drive process improvement initiatives such as automation and seek opportunities to streamline
- Participate in month end closing activities and reporting for commercial finance pillar
- Ensure compliance and control in place for Trade Spend
- Evaluate business review with stakeholders for promotions
- Utilize PowerBI and various other reporting tools to assist with the business analysis
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years finance analyst experience - preferably in Commercial FMCG environment.
- Good analytical skills, results driven, pro-active, flexible to changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated business partnering and influencing skills.
- Able to communicate well and have proven record of strong problem solving skills.
