Business Applications Consultant

Your role at HEINEKEN

As our Technology Consultant you will business partner our Supply Chain function and analyze needs presented by the business to recommend sustainable & appropriate solutions, considering Heineken’s global Digital & Technology’s portfolio, integration, and sustainability as priorities. You will also provide support for business processes, SAP applications and ERP systems while finding ways to digitalize the current landscape.

By nature, you are able to identify service gaps, come up with appropriate solutions & drive implementation. You enjoy problem solving and collaborating with others to provide the most appropriate solutions.

In this role, you will also:

• Manage all application related incidents and escalations
• Initiate periodic reviews of service and project delivery
• Responsible for the HEINEKEN solution architecture by owning / maintaining / implementing / deploying the Digital Backbone Business platforms
• Improve D&T and business process efficiency

Key Requirements:

• Undegraduate in Information System Management or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in implementing, managing and supporting ERP solutions
• Experience in working with emerging digital technology and leading large scale projects
• Knowledge in SAP Integration experience with Material Master, Sales & Distribution or Production Planning
• Project management is a must
• Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
