Brewing Technician 2
Responsibilities:
- Works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards. Following the 5S, Housekeeping and HACCP related to the work place.
- Makes all the quality checks in line with the quality specifications and to ensure accurate quality data are reported timely.
- Executes the tagging process, CILT and applies problem solving tools.
- Participates and starts leading the improvement teams.
- Perform the brewing technician’s job as and when required, including start-up, shut-down, changeover and cleaning.
- Executes all the brewing operations in line with the valid standards. Manage documentation and reporting for the working area.
- To safely operate and control the brewing process and equipment to the desired level of performance.
- Executes basic preventive maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities. Captures and interprets performance data and executes corrective actions.
- Participate in immediate breakdown repair or to assist in major breakdown repair.
- Perform down time analysis and trouble-shooting as well as recommend innovative solutions and to implement through.
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma holder in related technical field, preferably in Engineering/ Mechatronics.
- 1-3 years experience in production/brewing/maintenance in manufacturing environment.
- Preferred experience in TPM/LEAN/ 6 SIGMA, etc.
- Preferably in beverage/maintenance operation shopfloor experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- IT literate and proficient in using computers, iPad, systems, etc.
- Must be able to work in changing shift patterns according to demand.
