Assistant Manager - Material Specialist

1.Generate MRP for packaging & Raw materials in weekly, monthly basis.

2.Arrange Target Stock and inventory projection Packaging materials which meet target and in line with working capital objective and warehouse capacity.

3.Work closely with stakeholders in other functions to make sure everything is well arranged.

4.Make weekly & monthly delivery schedule refer to Production Plan.

5.Control and follow up the materials delivery to ensure enough supplies for production, MRP Report, Inventory Projection for Packaging Material Stock Level (PMSL), and Supplier On Time in Full (OTIF)To perform data compilation for BCS , Write off & Provision report for monthly submission.

6.Maintain the BOM and Material Master Data in SAP system and MRP tool to enhance the call off plan, the proper material, the proper production and follow up if any new materials/ new Finish Product number for NPD or product changed.

7.Drive continuous improvement on Material Availability and Raw / Packaging Material Inventory days by monitoring the KPI’s and conduct improvement activities to drive continuous Improvement.
