Assistant Manager - Demand Planning
Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing accurate demand forecasts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand
- Supporting business goals through data-driven decision-making
- Monitoring the performance and contribute to improving forecasting accuracy
- Minimizing stockouts, reduce excess inventory, write-off and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Level of education: Degree holder or equivalent diploma.
- Field of education: Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economic
- Years of experience (including Mgt Experience): 4-5 years’ experience in supply chain planning role, ideally have experience in leading in a demand planning role for 2-3 year(s).
- Language requirement: English a must. Other local language is a plus
- Specific knowledge/skills: Advanced skill on MS Excel, Basic Statistical Forecasting Knowledge, Experience with forecasting system development, S&OP Knowledge
