Market Development Supervisor

Main Responsibility:

1. Drive the disappline and performance of distirbutor sales team, communicate regularly with key stateholder within distirbutor network

2. Ensure efficient route planning by the network

3. Drive visibility execution and retail standard through KPI tracking and review with network

4. Coach distirbutor colleagues, across sales and other function to ensure alignment and gain support of local efforts
