Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities

  • To Achieve the agreed individual outlet acquisitions target with the ASM assigned areas.
  • To manage the individual ASM spends within the allocated budgets to ensure optimal ROI based on agreed Strategies and Objectives.
  • To ensure new outlet acquisitions target are achieve within the Company guideline.
  • Ensure outlet Contracts are sign within the CO’s broad guideline in terms of Targets and Sponsorships.
  • Coaches and Develops the Direct Reports to deliver the annual KPIs.

Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Business, Economics, Marketing or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years commercial experience preferably in FMCG industry, of which 3 years in Managerial capacity.
  • Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Versatile, organized, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
