Supply Planner

YOUR JOURNEY

You will be responsible for complying with the Planning standards and procedures and  for the creation of the Supply Plan. You will have to follow the process of Supply planning fundamentals in HEINEKEN: Master Data, Inventory Optimization, Supply Network Set up, Supply Network Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Planning Resolving Imbalances and Scheduling.

You will also sustain the S&OP process and SLA within the OpCo that adheres to the global standard.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Supply And Production Planning
    Generates feasible supply plans (inventory, production and supply), in line with business plan, budget, demand plan and main bottle necks in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
     
  • Updating Plans
    Updates the production and supply plans in a short time frame, balancing production and material constraints and required service levels on every change to the plan, involving relevant stakeholders

 

  • Scenario Analysis

Generates and discusses alternative scenarios on the supply plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and cost

 

  • Supply And production Planning Process
  • Coordinates and monitors the supply planning processes, taking into account the interdependencies with demand planning, brewing, scheduling, material planning, logistics and NPI activities.
  • Ensure coordination of resources and materials between concerned departments for new product introductions.
  • Manage effectively and implement the stock replenishment planning for all production materials and finished goods taking into consideration the warehouse capacity. Submit on-time all purchases requests to the purchasing department.

 

  • Monitoring Planning Parameters

Identifies gaps between actual and required performance and discusses and updates planning parameters accordingly (OPI, stock levels, lot size).

 

  • Change management and execution of S&OP Process

Creates awareness and buy-in throughout the OpCo and act as an ambassador for the S&OP process. Makes sure that decisions on balancing demand and supply are taken within the S&OP framework.

 

 

 

WHAT QUALIIFCATIONS DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience
  • You are fluent in Arabic & English (both spoken and written)
