Key Account & E-retail Manager


You will be responsible for achieving planned sales, segment share and financial target for key accounts and e-retailers coherence with the total company objectives. You will support sales representatives in delivering sustainable volume and GP growth by contributing in building successful business relationships through understanding and responding to customer and consumer needs.

You will plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. 

You will control and supervise the team in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. 



  • Financial
    • Consistently track and optimise return on investment (ROI) on customer spend
    • Lead the development and effective delivery of strategic customer business plans
    • Monitor and evaluate plan implementation and performance versus goals.
    • Execute accurate monthly forecast
    • Manage selling costs
    • Provide accurate reports on monthly accruals
    • Track territory volume and gross profit (GP)
    • Develop, present and negotiate annual contracts
  • Assortment
    • Ensure focus is given to PICOS brands in every call ensuring right brand in right outlet
    • Particular focus given to Almaza Strategic brands
    • Achieve distribution targets set by brand
    • Focus on strategic beer channels as per PICOS by implementing the correct category mix
    • Execute strategic plans to attack competitor brands


  • Service
    • Identify and establish customer/consumer needs
    • Maintain and execute the annual contract
    • Integrate customer needs into a persuasive commercial proposal that creates value for the customer and Brasserie Almaza
    • Deliver all proposals successfully
    • Build rapport with key decision makers
    • Understand the value cost versus return of relevant variables, within the context of structured terms and utilise them to reach mutually beneficial agreements
    • Actively plan solutions to create profitable change for both the OpCo and the customer
    • Proactively manage customer investment and deliver agreed returns
    • Follow the six steps of the call - preparation, pre call check, in call check, selling presentation, merchandise, administration and evaluation
    • Ensure consistency in point of sale (POS) materials and PICOS execution in all outlets
    • Manage draught technical queries, POS requirements, identify when staff training is required, ensuring the perfect pour in outlets.
    • Monitor contract compliance of your accounts
  • Activations
    • Identify the correct outlet to execute the relevant brand promotions and highlight customer and consumer benefits
    • Consistently monitors and evaluates activities on effectiveness and ROI
    • Ensure perfect PICOS & e-PICOS execution at all times





  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in key account sales
  • You are fluent in Arabic & English (both spoken and written)




  • You have good communication skills, you Endorse two way communication while coordinating with all functions to achieve the objectives of the company.
  • You are Self driven, results oriented and take the right initiative in line with the company strategy. You have the ability to work under stress and details oriented. You can Make decision based on sound analysis and rational reasoning
