HR Officer

 

YOUR JOURNEY

You are responsible for providing support on all matters related to HR projects, recruitment, training and development in order to deliver effective solutions and maximize business performance.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Assisting in the recruitment process
  • Prepare vacancy announcements and propose where to post vacancies
  • Implement attraction campaigns to ensure the availability of CVs depending on position need by coordinating with universities, newspapers, online recruitment and recruitment agencies in regards to applications and interviews and posting vacancies internally and on Almaza’s website
  • Screen applications and preparing short-listed CVs against job description
  • Take appointment, interview candidates and provide feedback to both People & Organization Manager and Line Manager
  • Update interviewed candidates by sending a rejection letter to non-selected candidates
  • Align with line manager for the development of recruitemnt tests and implement it to candidate where required
  • Maintain recruitment position’s history on the system
  • Generate recruitment reports depending on requirements
  • Align with the Line Manager for the preparation of the Technical Orientation plan, book meetings and control the execution of the plan
  • Align with IT to ensure computer services are installed
  • Collect documents related to CSR & Job description signature
  • Coordinate with department for the trainees recruitment and prepare internship certificates

 

  • Assisting in the training process
  • Build a training history and ensure the training evaluation cycle is completed and documented (training requisition form, evaluation form, manager’s feedback)
  • Build a library database by collecting presentations used during the training
  • Send invitations for the trainees depending on manager’s request to ensure participants receive accurate, consistent and timely information regarding the outline, time, date and place of the course
  • Assist in the lodging’s preparation related to training sessions
  • Consolidate training evaluation forms and submission of the evaluation outcomes
     
  • Performing various administrative & HR Support tasks
  • Ensure quality of work is aligned with ISO policies and procedures (exp: recruitment, training)
  • Prepare various report as per the need (HR dashboard, Climate Survey, etc.)
  • Assist in the organization of outings, gifts and others
  • Follow-up on the timely submission of Performance Management and perform the administration of forms

 

  • Contribute to organization development
  • Update the job descriptions and ensure maintaining signed copies
  • Ensure that organization charts are updated
  • Assist in the execution of CSR projects and refreshment programs
  • Assist in the implementation of the Climate Survey

                                    

WHAT QUALIIFCATIONS DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • You have at least at least 2 years of experience in HR where at least 1 year in interviewing candidates
  • You are fluent in Arabic & English (both spoken and written)
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office (Ms Excel and Ms Visio)
