Supply Chain Planning Manager


Coordinate the planning cycles aligning the Commercial (Marketing and Sales), Financial and Operational plans, according to the policies of the Company and the Group and the sales and production plans, ensuring the interface between the different areas, in order to guarantee the improving customer service and minimizing costs, as well as contributing to an integrated Supply Chain process.





  • Contribute to the definition of the 3 year plan for the Supply Chain area
  • Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the S&OP process.
  • Ensure communication and clarification of the responsibilities of relevant stakeholders in the S&OP process, ensuring the necessary support.
  • Acts as ambassador for the organization's S&OP process, creating awareness and adherence to it.
  • Ensure that the balance between demand and supply is taken into account in the decision-making process
  • Ensure the management of planning processes
  • Ensure the implementation of the “Consensus Demand Plan” process (consensus on demand)
  • Ensure the analysis of information related to production and storage capacities (capacity plan), as well as objectives and sales history
  • Analyze, consolidate and communicate the relevant information regarding KPI’s of stock level (finished product and packaging materials), stock loss (stock losses), service level of suppliers, service level of production and level of global service
  • Detail the impacts of the various sales and promotional actions proposed, analyzing the different scenarios
  • Regularly analyze the productivity of SKUs, proposing possible rationalization scenarios
  • Ensure stock management
  • Ensure control of product breakdown indicators by expiration dates (stock losses), and inform sales
  • Lead the Planning Pillar within the scope of the TPM
  • Ensure the implementation of continuous improvement actions resulting from surveys or various audits, at the level of the Planning process / operations or at the level of the use of the modules of the SAP APO computer application (DP / SNP / PPD)
  • Coordinate the implementation of actions resulting from unplanned events and crises
  • Share and apply best practices and actively participate in the Heineken S&OP Community and external network.
  • Coordinate the fulfillment of quality and punctuality requirements in making detailed information available to the Production, Sales and Customer Service area
  • Manage the human resources assigned to you area



  • 3 – 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in areas of Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Production Planning
  • Communicate / guarantee and promote communication and take responsibility for monitoring the occurrences of environmental safety in its functional area in accordance with the expected communication flow
  • Know and know how to interpret reports from the safety and environment management system applicable to your functional area, as well as transmit them to your team and take actions that promote continuous improvement
  • Assume and promote safe behaviors in your area in order to achieve an interdependent safety culture
