The Lagunitas Brewing Company began on a kitchen stove in Northern California in 1993 and has always looked to the future – whether supporting local communities by turning beer into money for the cause, or fueling stories, songs, and experiences with our IPA. The Gist

As the People Team Intern, you will help us by enhancing employee connection methods, and identifying opportunities to streamline information sharing within the HR team.

10 weeks, full time

• June 3, 2025 - August 12, 2025

• Generally M-Fri, 9-5

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and improve HR services delivery through our portal and SharePoint.

• Improve ways of connecting with employees to answer questions, currently managed by email.

• Identify opportunities on how we share information and processes within the HR team to avoid disruptions.

• Improve connection of the HR team with the rest of the organization.

Projects/Tasks:

• Onboard on how we operate, overview of our services and platforms.

• Participate in different employee events to understand how HR connects with other teams.

• Review internal operations to identify gaps and opportunities.
