HRIS Administrator (Systems)

Under the direction of the VP of Technology, the HR Systems Administrator is responsible for the technical support and enhancement of systems serving the human capital and transactional needs of Lagunitas and Heineken. 

  • Serve as the local technical and process subject matter expert for the MyHR (SAP Success Factors) and UltiPro (Ultimate Software) platforms.
  • Responsible for system configuration, security policies/roles, and privacy policies related to HR
  • Develop transactional and KPI reports using tools including Cognos, Excel, and PowerBI. Promotes the simplification of the extraction of information / reports and automations that guarantee its reliability.
  • HR Data Owner - identifies OpCo data requirements to meet business objectives and sets quality levels.
  • Ensures up-to-date HRIS data integrity according to defined standards, as well as management and business requirements.
  • Responsible for the mapping of HR processes, identification of activities / tasks and information flows, with the objective of simplifying and streamlining information.
  • Identifies and implements improvement opportunities and simplification solutions for the different processes within the administrative, payroll and entire HR specialties.
  • Ensures the upgrade / integration between the different systems (local & global) used in Lagunitas runs effectively.
  • Directs and coordinates the processes of upgrades & maintenance of computer applications.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement; implements and promotes updates for HR efficiency.
  • Coordinates the different resources and work teams within HRIS projects.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within the Human Resources field.
  • PHR, SPHR or other creditable HR certificates is preferred.
  • Demonstrates translatable knowledge in a variety of the role’s needs (HR, IT, Finance, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong technical background in implementing, maintaining and improving systems.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Passion for Lagunitas and the beer business.
