FP&A - Commerce

<span style="font-family:'"',serif">About the Role

<span style="font-family:'"',serif">Commerce FP&A Manager operates at the local level and reports to the Strategic FP&A Manager to support on all FP&A responsibilities. In close coordination within the business control team, they are also the business partner for the Sales & Marketing teams.

 

<span style="font-family:'"',serif">What You’ll Do<span style="font-family:'"',serif">:

  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Set-up robust commercial finance processes, ad-hoc analyses, actionable insights, business case development, scenario modeling and strategic alternatives evaluation
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Coordinate planning (LEs, AP, Commercial cycles) process, timelines and requirements from the business and the Finance business partners
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Support the business and commercial planning cycles for the Sales and Marketing organization, including the 3-year Strategic Plan, Annual Plan and latest estimates, while ensuring accuracy and providing relevant challenges to Sales and Marketing leaders
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Engage cross-functionally with business process owners (i.e. Sales and Marketing, strategic finance, accounting) to understand company performance, provide insights and challenge result
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Supports in driving connectivity across Sales and Marketing and develops a culture of continuous improvement
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Supports CSO and CMO with key presentations and strategic commercial projects
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Maximize business performance by working closely alongside, supporting, challenging, influencing and strengthening Sales and Marketing, on a continuous basis through revenue, cost, margin optimization, and profit pool analyses
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Define and challenge the requirements for standard management reporting, policies and processes
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Facilitate target setting, monitor and challenge performance in the Sales/Marketing Organizations
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Monitor and develop insight on the quantitative and qualitative performance of the Sales/Marketing functions, and communicate this insight through the preparation and delivery of streamlined reporting including commentary and KPIs
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Monitor actual cost development vs. Budget/Latest Estimates and provide early warnings on deviations as well as corrective actions to deliver on plans.
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Manage the cost of Sales and Marketing teams
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Oversee elements of the Sales and Marketing P&L and budgets
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Full oversight and accountability of Revenue and Brand P&Ls
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Ensure proper financial reporting by GL, Cost centers across Sales and Marketing
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Oversee and challenge sales and marketing budget control and resource allocation
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Support the Commercial Spend Productivity analyses and delivery of cost savings in the commercial functions
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Proactively advance and create centralized volumetric and financial reports for the Sales and Marketing teams
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Create and Lead business performance reviews for the Commercial organization, challenging Sales and marketing teams to generate actionable insights
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Ultimately, develop Business Cases, deep-dive analyses jointly with commercial business partners, scenario modeling, competitive analyses, and external insights around competitors in both the beer category as well as overall beverage industry as needed, localizing insights

 

<span style="font-family:'"',serif">What We’re Lookin’ For:

  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Requires a (Business/Finance) bachelor’s, Post-graduate degree preferred.
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Relevant Finance (FP&A) experience required (P&L management, balance sheet analysis, financial modeling or econometrics), 3+
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Advanced PowerPoint, and Advanced EXCEL expertise a must)
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Experience in data modeling
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Proven Commercial Affinity
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Experience with information systems and related tools for staging and deploying information
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Challenging Approach
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Influencing skills
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Leadership
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Excellent written and verbal communicator at all levels
  • <span style="font-family:'"',serif">Fluent in English
