Customer Marketing Manager, On-Premise

POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Marketing Manager – On-Premise serves as the brand and category evangelist for the on-premise chain and USDP business. Reports to Director of Customer Marketing and executes on key initiatives across all on-premise channels.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • In service of internal client, VP of On-Premise National Accounts, build and execute annual customer marketing plans for our top national accounts.
  • Own the development and execution of national on-premise initiatives in defend and attack markets.
  • Create national marketing plan in order to expand reach & drive trial through on-prem promotions and events.
  • Develop menu based programs and flexible templates to support On Premise channel activation.
  • Conduct weekly trade audits in defend and attack markets. Recap recommendations and develop plan to execute customer marketing opportunities in the regions.
  • Work with Sales, Creative and IT departments to ensure selling tool content for draft only beers is posted on DAM and CRM tool on-time. 
  • Oversee beer and brand content on BeerBoard and UnTapped.
  • Develop customer engagement and brand communication program opportunities (such as core beer social content and brand videos) in top national on premise accounts. 
  • Ensure program timelines and projects with creative department on delivered on-time and in full.
  • Foster positive and collaborative relationships between creative department, marketing and sales teams.
  • Other duties and projects as directed.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKIN' FOR

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or related field required.
  • Passion for Lagunitas and the beer business; experience in the distributor or on-premise field preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and drive timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Results-driven focus and tenacious work ethic, with the drive, resolve, and urgency to do “whatever it takes” to accomplish specific goals.
  • Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for customer marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues) and at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong communication skills, time management and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several competing initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
