(Mandatory) Major Responsibilities of the Position:

Major Responsibilities / Key Activities

Strategic Direction

  • Ensure unique positioning & strategy of the Tiger brand, differentiated from respective competitors

Annual Planning

  • Development of annual brand plan for each brand, with creative and “out of box” approach

Influential Communication

  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to receive needed support & resources to ensure the success of the portfolio

Leading & Execution

  • Execute campaigns (incl. BTL guidance) based on annual brand plan and lead TFTs and other functions to deliver KPIs and results

Evaluation & Sharing

  • Properly evaluate activations and share results with stakeholders (Local & External)

Future Opportunities

  • Recommend new SKUs / new product introductions / & opportunities, cooperating with other functions (Finance/Sales Planning/Logistics) based on Innovation plan


  • Track progress of Distribution/VPO with field sales and sales planning

Engagement and initiation

  • Engage with Field sales to make sure agreed strategy & channel segmentation is effective to implement in market. If required, initiate to change with the stakeholders

Budget Control

  • Budget Management: Manage total ATL&BTL marketing budget, & tracking actual vs. planned

Agency management

  • Manage and inspire relevant agencies for better planning and execution

NPI process

  • Follow global/regional/local brand Governance process with full understanding of BSM (Brand Stage Model) of each brand

  • Ability to analyze market and consumer research data and derive insights, keep in touch with trends

  • Creative mind & passion to create new innovation with related department not only for brand building but also for building sales

(Mandatory) Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must have excellent People Managing experience with more than 2 direct reports
  • Must have managed new or smaller brands within organization
  • Strong marketing experience for at least 8 years or more in multinational organizations 
  • Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
  • In-depth sales understanding advantageous
  • University degree graduate (Marketing major preferred)
  • Very fluent in verbal and written English (all work within Marketing team will be in English)
  • Korean & English presentation and communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals; junior/senior; internal/external; local/global
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
