Sales Planning Executive

Role & Responsibilities

-Prepare comprehensive reports and analysis concerning current volume trends & execution progress to help the team in making critical strategic decisions

-Lead & Support Sales KPIs Setting process, Analyze KPI achievement progress and generate reports to drive more informed decision making

-Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets

-Support & Provide valuable data analysis & insight in process of developing sales promotions led by Trade marketing

-Interact with Sales, Sales operation and Trade marketing team to prepare, execute and review sales plans

-Manage / Support to managing the operations of sales projects - set milestones, progress reviews, status reports, resource allocation, and project conflict resolution

-Lead & Support to develop sales tools to equip sales force to be more effective & efficient 

 

Mandatory Requirement :        

-Analysis & planning capability, strong at data analysis and insight finding

-Great communication skills across all functions especially among commercial functions

-Good level of English both in written & spoken

-Positive and collaborative attitude, prioritizing multiple tasks even under high pressure

-Advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

 

Required experience :                

-Minimum 5 year experience in Sales, Sales planning

-Work experience in Field sales is strongly preferred

-FMCG work experience advantageous

-University degree graduate
