Sales Operation Manager

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

- Analyze On Trade sales data and derive valuable insights from broad range of sales information to make business decisions

- Lead Sales system (SEM) development and implementation in the field sales team

- Actively communicate with Global/APAC team for system development, adjustment and enhancement

- Manage people in the team to deliver consistent and stable reporting support in the organization

- Data and report management (main : On trade + sub : Off trade)

- Review regularly on current report system and improve to deliver effective/efficient set of information to key stakeholders

 

Mandatory Requirements:

- Fluent English skills especially high level of English speaking skill is MANDATORY (interview in English will take place)

- Analysis & planning capability, strong at data analysis and insight finding

- Great communication skills across all functions especially among commercial functions

- Positive and collaborative attitude, even under high pressure

- Korean & English presentation and communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide variety of individuals; junior/senior; internal/external; local/global

- Advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

 

Required Experience:

- Minimum 7 year experience in Sales, Sales planning or analysis functions

- Work experience in Field sales is strongly preferred

- FMCG work experience advantageous

- University degree graduate
