RtR Specialist

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

  

  • Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure that all closing entries are properly booked and balance sheet accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
  • Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly closing report in accordance with reporting requirements.
  • Communicate with other intercompany for internal transaction and reconcile within due.
  • Manage fixed asset every month and run depreciation. Conduct asset counting every year to be a guard of company asset.
  • Reconcile inventory on a timely manner and cooperate with Logistics team to solve any difference.
  • Support Reporting & Accounting Manager for Interim/ Y-end audit and corporate tax filing.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports

 

 

Required Skills / Competencies:

 

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting, or in a related specialization.
  • Around 5 years experiences of accounting and finance in multinational company. (at least 2 years of general accounting experience is required)
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Finance/Accounting Principles.
  • Knowledge and experience in statutory report and tax filing is preferred.
  • Effective communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Computer skills with MS Office software, especially proficiency of Excel
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Certification of CPA/CTA/CMA is preferred
  • Good command of English.
