Finance / PtP Specialist(1Y Contract)


Position Title: PtP Specialist (AP)

Team: Accounting Team / Finance Dept.


Major Responsibilities of the Position

§  Validation of journal entries related to account payable (PO, Non-PO)

§  VAT reconciliation and reporting

§  Vendor master maintenance

§  Employee expense review

§  Managing Mobile Expense setup(approval line, user, vendor, expense type etc)

§  Balance reconciliation related to account payable (accrual account clearing)

§   Support internal/external audit request as needed

§   Respond on ad-hoc business requirement

§  Other ad-hoc assignments based on internal requirement/project/test etc to have efficiency within accounting team


Competencies / Experience

Bachelor degree.

Prefer to have at least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance

Good skill in office application including Excel


Mandatory Requirements:

SAP experience is mandatory

Comprehensive understanding on Accounting

Good attitude and ability to learn quickly and solve problems under time pressure
