Job Purpose:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Zone Technician with electrical experience to support safe, reliable, and high-performing production operations within the assigned zone. This role plays a key part in delivering maintenance excellence through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, continuous improvement, and hands-on coaching of technicians and operators. Working collaboratively with operations, planning, and maintenance teams, the Senior Zone Technician helps maximize equipment reliability, drive performance, and strengthen a culture of safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all planned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automation equipment within the assigned production zone.
• Coach, train, and mentor junior technicians and operators to build technical capabilities and adherence to maintenance standards (e.g., CILT, SMED, changeovers).
• Participate in breakdown analysis, including RCFA/5-Why investigations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support maintenance planning, including asset master data management, performance tracking, and cost analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with operations, shift technicians, and planning teams before, during, and after maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the zone.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including optimizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 
• Professional qualifications/certifications in Project Management (desired)

Knowledge & Experience:

• 2 years experience in Automation Control
• Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.
• 5 years working experience in maintenance.
