Job Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic People and Organization Development Manager who will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that foster talent development, drive performance management, and support organizational change. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to create a learning-oriented environment, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills and capabilities needed to meet current and future goals. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative practices, you will enhance employee experience and contribute to the overall success of HEINEKEN.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive programmes and initiatives that enables a strong culture and optimises engagement and performance 
  • Lead the organisation climate review process; inspiring communication, functional and cross-functional reviews, and action planning - identifying the key barriers or enablers and leveraging these by using a range of HR interventions, policies, and tools to meet different needs.
  • Lead and support people managers in the process of any cultural or business change using the appropriate change model and approach.
  • Lead the execution of the organisation continuous listening strategy ensuring insights are translated into specific actions that are prioritized and closed.
  • Deploy a broad set of learning and development solutions which includes individual leadership assessment, coaching/mentoring programs, focus groups, and formal training program.
  • Support people managers in developing their competencies in all aspects of Organizational Development (organizational design, performance management, change management, organizational culture).
  • Continuous evaluation of leadership effectiveness with a creative and relevant intervention plan to ensure improvement opportunities are maximised.
  • Identify and source most appropriate partners and delivery methodology for quality and cost efficiency. 
  • Analyse and explain core indicators (e.g., engagement, talent management) and associate results with HR insights to provide useful recommendations and decision making.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Professional qualifications/certifications in Leadership Coaching, Change Management, Project Management (desired)

 

 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years’ managerial/ leadership level experience
  • Five years' experience in the fields of culture, leadership, talent, and organisation development at comparable organizations. 
  • Strong ability to contribute to shaping strategy (Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning, etc.), change management, scaling programmes across multiple employee groups and outstanding stakeholder management.
  • Functional depth in talent management, capability development and performance management
  • Prior experience within other Human Resources disciplines such as HR Business Partnering or Rewards is useful.
  • Experience with Human Resource Information System technology (ideally Success Factors), Microsoft Office, knowledge of industry trends
