The People & Organization Development Manager leads the designing, planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources, change and culture programs, driving talent strategies and ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic direction. Additionally, this role maintains a close partnership with HR Business Partners to build world-class people initiatives aligned with Red Stripe’ mission, vision, and values.
As People & Organization Development Manager your job has been successfully performed when you:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Managers and Directors, advising on complex team dynamics and advanced HR strategies to cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Drive cross functional and stakeholder engagement to support business strategies and elevate organizational outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to inform talent strategy, identify gaps and opportunities, diagnose systemic issues and design innovative, impactful solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, leadership alignment, and resolution of complex escalations.
- Direct initiatives and programs to assist with organizational capability development needs and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a community of continuous learning and best practice sharing – drive to a culture of develop once, replicate often.
- Analyze organizational structures, responsibilities, and work processes to determine talent initiatives that need to be changed or implemented to increase organizational effectiveness to enable the business talent strategy.
- Set the strategic direction for organizational design by collaborating with and influencing senior leaders to address critical business problems.
- Lead (directly or indirectly) teams in the design, development, and delivery of strategic talent solutions and drives for outcomes.

Essential Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of Human Resource (HR) experience with expert knowledge of OD/Change methodologies
- Ability to partner on change management methodologies across multiple stakeholders and strong consultative/influencing capabilities with all levels of leadership.
- Organizational and project/program management skills. Ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards execution
- Prior HRBP/HR Generalist experience managing a variety of multi-faceted programs, including, but not limited to organizational development, talent development, retention management, succession planning and Talent Management leadership steeped in transformation and change
- Experience with business context of the manufacturing industry - Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain
