Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who will ensure the reliability and availability of production and utilities equipment through a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) approach. The role is responsible for developing, updating, and deploying Heineken Asset Care Standards (HACS) within the EAM/CMMS, while supporting effective Spare Parts Management (SPM). The successful candidate will drive maintenance processes to improve performance, reduce costs, and optimize asset lifecycles, lead continuous improvement initiatives based on TPM principles, and own site-level HACS management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high reliability and availability of production and utilities equipment through a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) approach.

• Develop, update, and deploy Heineken Asset Care Standards (HACS) within the EAM/CMMS system.

• Support and continuously improve the Spare Parts Management (SPM) program to ensure parts availability and cost efficiency.

• Drive maintenance processes that improve equipment performance, reduce maintenance costs, and optimize asset lifecycles.

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives based on TPM principles.

• Own and manage site-level HACS standards, ensuring consistent application and compliance.

• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with operations, planning, and maintenance teams to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or University degree by education or experience with a technical background.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 1-3 years of maintenance or operations experience in FMCG companies.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement
• Proven experience in working on complex projects and collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.
