What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key support for our Management Team and HR Team, owning the details that keep our business running smoothly. This isn’t just an admin job, it’s a high-impact support and coordination role where you’ll:
-    Manage day-to-day operations (PTP, budgets, suppliers, office needs).
-    Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, events, engagement activities, and benefits.
-    Coordinate logistics for meetings, dignitary visits, permits, and international guests.
-    Maintain spotless records and dashboards that leaders rely on.

Minimum Requirements
-    2–5 years’ experience in a fast‑paced, high-demand environment
-    Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-    Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
-    High integrity, discretion, and customer service mindset
-    Ability to coordinate across HR, Finance, IT, suppliers, and varying stakeholder levels.
