At all levels in the organisation, Finance teams must feel equipped and empowered to work as true co-pilots of the business and provide the organisation with relevant and timely analyses to drive decision making and at the same time challenging the business in a positive way, driving revenue and growth opportunities as well as cost & cash management.

As guardian of Red Stripe's assets and reputation we are control of our operations. We ensure that rules and regulations are applied with a strong focus on internal controls, and that our accounts reflect the true state of our business.
