Are you passionate about building iconic brands and driving business growth? Join our dynamic Marketing team as Senior Brand Manager for Mainstream Brands and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our portfolio!

 

What do We Expect from You ?

 

Brand Building & Strategy

  • Contribute to the development of brand strategies, leveraging the Brand Stage Model under the supervision of the Commercial Director.
  • Set annual objectives for assigned brands and translate them into actionable portfolio plans.
  • Analyze brand tracking studies and translate insights into concrete action plans.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of brand activities and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate portfolio activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and update the Brand Identity and Architecture (BIAB), including vision, positioning, and differentiators.
  • Participate in consumer research and immersions to generate relevant brand-building ideas.
  • Initiate and participate in specific studies to strengthen brand performance.
  • Serve as the key contact for international brand updates, maintaining regular communication with global teams.

 

Advertising & Communication

  • Develop and execute communication strategies for brands in line with regional and international guidelines.
  • Lead the advertising development process (briefing, creative production) under the supervision of the Marketing Director.
  • Define media investments and plans for each brand.
  • Manage relationships with creative and digital agencies for campaign development and execution.

 

Sponsorship

  • Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate sponsorship investments and activities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify new sponsorship opportunities to create memorable brand experiences.

Promotions

  • Propose promotional strategies and objectives to the Trade Marketing Department, ensuring effective brand positioning across channels.
  • Evaluate the implementation of promotional activities in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Identify new promotional opportunities to enhance portfolio experience.

 

Profitability & Budget Management

  • Continuously assess brand costs and profitability, seeking ways to maximize returns.
  • Develop business cases for new product launches in collaboration with Finance.
  • Contribute to annual budget definition and ensure optimization with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Monitor budget usage and provide early alerts and corrective actions as needed.

 

Team Development

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering professionalism and growth.
  • Identify individual development needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Detect new talent and ensure effective succession planning within the department.

 

Who are We Looking For?

Diplomas and Experience :

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters in Marketing or Commercial disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in Marketing, ideally in brand management within FMCG or beverage sectors.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex projects.

Competencies

  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).You are rigorous, organised and have integrity.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to drive innovation, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Talent for mentoring and developing team members.
