Within the SHE department, we are seeking a passionate and experienced SHE Specialist. You will play a key role in implementing Heineken Group standards, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting operational teams to achieve compliance and excellence in safety, health, and environmental matters.

What do We Expect from You ?

As part of our SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) team, you will play a key role in ensuring our brewery meets the highest standards in workplace safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance. You will drive continuous improvement, support operational teams, and help foster a proactive SHE culture.

• Implement Heineken’s SHE standards and lead initiatives to enhance SHE culture on site.
• Monitor and report on SHE performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead risk assessments and ensure safe operation of critical equipment.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC22000, and local regulations.
• Develop and deliver safety training for all employees.
• Organize and manage SHE operations, including emergency response and waste management.
• Guide and coach operational teams and safety “champions.”
• Ensure accurate and timely SHE reporting using digital tools (HeiQuest, O2I, CORITY).
• Engage and motivate employees to achieve SHE objectives.

Who are We Looking For?

Diplomas and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field.
• Certifications in HSE or related domains are an asset.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial HSE/SHE roles.

Competencies

• Experience in industrial SHE roles, with strong knowledge of risk assessment and compliance.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
• English language skills are a strong advantage.

Brassivoire est une société anonyme née de la joint-venture entre deux grands groupes notamment HEINEKEN. Elle est spécialisée dans la production et la commercialisation de boissons non alcoolisées et de bières. Installée depuis 2015 en Côte d’ivoire par la pose de la première pierre de son usine, le 25 septembre 2015 au PK 24, nouvelle zone industrielle au nord d’Abidjan, Brassivoire.
