Which Team will you Join ?
Within the Customer Services Logistic and Planning Department, you will be holding the position of Planning Manager. You will play a crucial role in managing and further improving the demand and planning supply processes to meet customer demand at the desired service level and optimal cost.
What do We Expect from You ?
- Manages and further improves the demand and supply planning processes to meet customer demand at the desired service level and optimal cost.
- Manages the supply chain planning process, including aligning the various supply chain plans and managing information flows related to the SC planning process, in line with the S&OP process, commercial processes and strategy. Develop and carry out a vision on World Class SC Planning.
- Ensures required (optimal) levels of supply chain planning parameters (such as required customer service levels, target stock levels, OPI) are defined, communicated and commonly applied, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitates the process of defining and communicating alternative scenarios for the Demand and Supply plan and ensure all relevant constraints (e.g. customer agreements, material availability, resources) are checked.
- Ensures the right trade-off is made between customer service, product availability, production capacity and inventory levels, taking into account cost impacts and balancing quality and time/effort. Prioritize customers and channels under capacity constraints in agreement with relevant stakeholders.
- Initiates and ensures implementation of performance improvements to the supply chain planning processes and procedures, according to TPM Pillar methodology and systems.
- Clarifies, communicates, monitors and aligns interests, requirements and (changes in) plans of all relevant stakeholders involved in the supply chain planning process.
- Provides clear and accurate information on SC Planning performance.
- Effectively organizes own department and manages a team of people including recruitment, performance management and (career) development according to the Heineken procedures.
Who are We Looking For?
Diplomas and Experience :
- Master degree or comparable.
- 4-6 years relevant experience. Preferably experience in one or more of following areas:
- Distribution and Planning activities
- Logistics Management
- Project management in supply chain planning projects
- Commercial roles (e.g. trade marketing)

Officiellement inaugurée, le 05 avril 2017 par les hautes autorités gouvernementales et les dirigeants des Groupes Heineken et CFAO, Brassivoire représente un investissement de 100 milliards de FCFA soit environ 150 millions d’euros, pour une capacité de production de 1,6 million d’hectolitres de bière par an.
Après trois année d’existence, Brassivoire possède aujourd’hui cinq marques de qualité dont 4 bières à savoir Heineken, Desperados, Ivoire et Mutzig, toutes deux produites localement et une boisson non alcoolisée Maltina.
