Which Team will you Join ?

 

As Corporate Affairs Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping internal and external communication, strengthening our corporate reputation, and driving sustainability initiatives under the Heineken vision “Brew a Better World”. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple functions, engage with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to impactful projects.

 

What do We Expect from You ?

 

We expect the selected candidate to drive impactful internal and external communication, strengthen corporate reputation, and support sustainability initiatives. You will have 3 main missions:

 

1. Internal Communication

  • Create engaging internal content (PowerPoint, videos) and manage communication platforms.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure regular publication of updates.
  • Organize internal events such as company meetings and team-building activities.
  • Support departments with internal campaigns, training, and change announcements.
  • Implement feedback tools like surveys and suggestion boxes.

 

2. External Communication

  • Draft press releases, articles, speeches, and manage media requests.
  • Manage official social media accounts and monitor brand mentions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all external communications and update institutional materials (website, brand assets).
  • Maintain regular communication with external stakeholders, including partners, public authorities, and NGOs.

 

3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Support implementation of Heineken’s sustainability vision (Brew a Better World).
  • Assist in coordinating the BaBW governance committee and action plans.
  • Contribute to CSR awareness and training for employees.
  • Collect and analyze CSR indicators and prepare sustainability reports.
  • Support community projects and manage relationships with NGOs and local partners.
  • Assist in crisis communication related to environmental or social issues.

 

Who are We Looking For?

 

Diplomas and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication or equivalent
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years in a similar position

 

Functional and Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and corporate communication best practices.
  • Ability to manage campaigns and events within deadlines and budgets.

 

Interpersonal skills:

  • You are thorough, organised and honest.
  • You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding and competitive environment.
  • You communicate professionally and effectively.
