Which Team will you Join ?
Within the General Management, you will exercise the role of Country Security Manager. You will be responsible for initiating and overseeing the implementation of global safety standards, local guidelines and procedures, as well as establishing a strong and functional relationship with management, brewery managers and expatriates.
What do We Expect from You ?
You will have four main missions:
General :
- Security advice: Advise and support the General Manager on issues relating to the security of staff, visitors, property and activities. Advise on the implementation of security awareness and training programs.
- Risk and Safety Assessments: Conduct safety reviews, risk assessments and audits in accordance with HEINEKEN global standards and internal requirements. Prepare and disseminate timely threat assessments and (security) forecasts, and share security considerations/recommendations with local management ;
- Process improvement: Monitor and improve the company's security processes and systems.
Crisis management
- Crisis prevention: Advise on preventive measures to protect personnel, premises, assets and information in the event of a high-level threat.
- Threat analysis: Produce and distribute clear, timely threat and risk analysis reports for management.
- Contingency planning: Ensure that staff develop, update, understand and periodically rehearse contingency plans in line with global security standards.
External relations management
- Stakeholder networking: Develop and maintain a broad network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Cooperative relationships: Help the brewery develop cooperative relationships with external partners such as law enforcement agencies, the military, intelligence services, private security companies and associations.
- Compliance and liaison: Ensure that security suppliers comply with the HEINEKEN Supplier Code and national legislation, and maintain liaison with local and national authorities.
Projects
- Audit participation: Collaborate with HEINEKEN's global security department during brewery audits.
- Event safety support: Advise and support sponsored events to prevent and control safety, health and environmental risks.
Who are We Looking For?
Diplomas and Experience :
- Bachelors Degree in Security and/or risk Management, and/or Criminology, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in corporate security and risk management, security consulting and law enforcement, military, police or other security services.
- Of which 5 years as a security manager in a multinational private sector environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in crisis management, emergency response and security assessments/investigations
- Certifications in security management or related fields are an asset.
- Proficiency in computer tools and archives management software.
