Which Team will you Join ?

Within the Human Resources Department, you will exercise the role of HR Business Partner (Commerce). You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our people strategy.

 

What do We Expect from You ?

1. Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure talent acquisition aligns with business goals.

 

2. Talent Management

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees within your scope.
  • Oversee the financial and administrative management of temporary workforce.
  • Serve as the main liaison with external staffing providers and ensure cost optimization through rigorous follow-up.

 

3. Performance Management

  • Implement the performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year reviews, calibration, annual evaluations, and variable pay processing.
  • Support departments in identifying and evaluating employee development actions aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify high-potential talents and successors, and drive the execution of tailored development programs.

 

4. Engagement

  • Coordinate and manage team-building activities and workshops.
  • Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and enhance performance.

 

Who are We Looking For?

Diplomas and Experience :

  • Degree or Masters in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in HR Management, ideally in an HR Manager or HRBP position, ideally in the agri-food industry.
  • Knowledge of HR management tools.
  • Good level of English.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to highlight the strategic interface between human resources and administration.

Elle est spécialisée dans la production et la commercialisation de boissons non alcoolisées et de bières. Brassivoire dispose d’un capital de 24 267 910 000 FCFA. Installée depuis 2015 en Côte d’ivoire par la pose de la première pierre de son usine, le 25 septembre 2015 au PK 24, nouvelle zone industrielle au nord d’Abidjan, Brassivoire a lancé sa première bière brassée en Côte d’Ivoire appelée « Ivoire», le 14 novembre 2016. Officiellement inaugurée, le 05 avril 2017 par les hautes autorités gouvernementales et les dirigeants des Groupes Heineken et CFAO, Brassivoire représente un investissement de 100 milliards de FCFA soit environ 150 millions d’euros, pour une capacité de production de 1,6 million d’hectolitres de bière par an.
Après trois année d’existence, Brassivoire possède aujourd’hui cinq marques de qualité dont 4 bières à savoir Heineken, Desperados, Ivoire et Mutzig, toutes deux produites localement et une boisson non alcoolisée Maltina.
