Which Team will you Join ?

Within the Finance Department, you will work in the role of Archivist (Trainee). You will be responsible for the management and preservation of the company's financial records. You will play a key role in organizing, digitizing and updating archives, while responding to internal and external communication requests.

What do We Expect from You ?

You will have five main missions:

1. Sort, collect and manage payments: Organize and classify incoming financial documents, ensuring their integrity and accessibility.
2. Respond to communication requests: process requests to consult archived documents, providing the necessary information quickly and efficiently.
3. Insertion and packaging: Prepare documents for archiving by inserting them in the appropriate folders and packaging them according to established standards.
4. Prepare documents for digitization: Prepare physical documents for digitization, ensuring their condition and organization.
5. Updating search elements: Updating databases and search systems to ensure quick and easy access to archived documents.

Who are We Looking For?

Diplomas and Experience :

• Degree in archival science, information management, or related field.
• Previous experience in archives management is an asset.
• Proficiency in computer tools and archives management software.

Competencies :

• You are rigorous, organized and reactive;
• You have good interpersonal skills;
• You are able to work in a demanding and competitive environment;
• You can communicate professionally and transparently.
