As a talent partner you will be responsible for creating relevant experiences for both candidates and talents that enable people and business growth, present and future.

Job Purpose


• Design, deploy and maintain a best-in-class, unbiased talent acquisition process (from attraction to on boarding) that enables amazing candidate experiences

• Source candidates to create the pipeline for selected senior roles

• Develop, deploy and maintain a set of integrated talent management processes to identify and develop talent, leveraging existing HEINEKEN frameworks and tools

• Create and action individual development plans for talents and succession plans across functions

• Lead E2E special projects that feed into our wider talent management ambition (E.g.: For 2023 a mentoring programme primarily focused on female talents)

• Be a knowledge expert and training partner for People Managers and the People Function in the area of Talent and Acquisition, keeping up to date with latest trends and best practice

Additional info

• Reports to People Director

• No less than 5 years of experience in the people function and 3 years in topics related to the talent agenda (talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, learning & development, etc)

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

Salary: €63K to 66K (Negotiable DOE)
